Government reopening of businesses and venues
The Government has set out 4 Steps which will allow various businesses and venues to re-open no earlier than specified dates which allows us to plan for private flying and flying training activities to resume.
Full details of the Government Roadmap for General Aviation can be found here:
From 29th March
Government plans permit GA flying for non-professional purposes for solo pilots, or individuals flying with a member of their household or bubble. Training for professional pilots are able to continue. Training for leisure of recreational purposes may take place where rules around social distancing can be followed. GA activities should take place in line with wider restrictions. Travel should be minimised as far as possible.
The airfield will remain closed on Monday 29th March, with opening commencing from Tuesday 30th March as follows;

Tuesday to Sunday, 0900-1800hrs. (Unlicenced from 1700-1800hrs due reduced RFFS).
